Requesting a KF Repo account

How to get write access to the repo

In order to get write access to the repo, you need to have regularly contributed patches to the team. Once the team have decided you can have write access, it is necessary to generate a htpasswd entry (MD5 type is preferable) and send it to the Admin.

The easiest way is to use one of the many online htpasswd generators such as this one.

Email

Once you have your htpasswd entry, mail it to the admin.

IRC

Project members are often found on the Freenode channel #kde-freebsd.
The admin for the KF repo server is Andy Fawcett, and his nick on IRC is "tap"
